Work with Sean · Advisory

A clear outside view when the next move isn’t obvious.

I work directly with owners and leadership teams on the decisions that shape how a business grows: where the real constraint is, what to fix first, and where AI fits (and where it doesn’t).

The first conversation is about understanding your situation, not selling you something.

You might be here because

  • Growth has stalled and the cause isn’t obvious.
  • The tools have piled up, but the results haven’t.
  • Too much depends on one person, one platform or one vendor.
  • You’re being pitched AI and want an honest second opinion.

How I work

Understand first. Recommend second.

Most advice starts with an answer. I start with the whole picture. Using LIFT, we get everything on the table, isolate the one move with the most leverage, decide what to put behind it, and set up a way to tune it as you go.

How LIFT works →
L

List. The complete picture, constraints included.

I

Isolate. The highest-leverage move.

F

Fuel. The right resources behind it.

T

Tune. Measure, refine, repeat.

Ways to work together

Three ways to work together.

Every engagement starts with a short conversation to see whether I can actually help. Scope and fees depend on what you need.

01

Strategy session

A focused working session on one decision or problem. We map the situation together and agree on what to do first.

Good when: you’re facing a specific decision and want a clear, outside view before committing.

You leave with: a clear priority, the reasoning behind it, and next steps.

02

Advisory retainer

An ongoing thinking partner for an owner or leadership team, with regular check-ins as you work through growth, systems and AI decisions.

Good when: decisions keep coming and you want someone who already knows the business.

You leave with: steadier decisions over time, and a LIFT cycle that keeps getting tuned.

03

Leadership workshop

A private LIFT session with your leadership team, built around your business rather than a generic case study.

Good when: your team needs a shared view of the constraint and the plan.

You leave with: a shared map of the business, an agreed priority and owners for next steps.

When it’s time to build

Advice first. Builders when you need them.

Advisory is me, personally. If the plan calls for building something, like automation, integrations or custom tools, my team at Ideation Digital handles implementation. For a small business that mainly needs a solid website, 222 Websites may be the better fit.

You’re never obligated to use either. Sometimes the right recommendation is to build nothing at all.
